Returning to the Simplicity of Bethlehem: Christmas Message from the Superior General
The Superior General’s 2026 Christmas message calls the Congregation to renew hope and joy by returning to the simplicity of Bethlehem. He recalls that God heals a fragmented world by entering human life with humility and tenderness, and invites Claretians, in the spirit of St. Anthony Mary Claret, to welcome Christ anew and offer Him to a world in need of hope. Meeting of the Asian Organisms with the General Government
Cavite, Philippines. The General Government of the Claretian Missionaries began a meeting with the Governments of the Asian Organisms on December 3, 2025, coinciding with the feast of St. Francis Xavier, Patron of Missionaries. Held at St. Paul Spirituality Centre in Cavite, the gathering opened with morning prayer, the solemn enthronement of the Word of God, and a symbolic presentation of rice and multi-coloured scarves representing Asia’s diversity. Online Meeting of Major Superiors with the General Government
On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, the General Government met with the Major Superiors of the Congregation in an online meeting. After the usual pleasantries, a prayer opened the meeting followed by some technical indications of the mode of proceeding. General consultor, Br. Claret, a Pilgrim of Hope: Claretians in Rome Celebrate Their Founder’s Legacy
Rome, Italy. On the evening of 24 October 2025, the Claretian Family in Rome, together with parishioners and friends, gathered joyfully at the Basilica del Sacro Cuore di Maria to celebrate the solemnity of St. Anthony Mary Claret, founder of the Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
