Today, 17 January 2026, marks the 20th anniversary of the Claretian presence in Macau. This milestone traces its beginnings to the official arrival of Fr. Alberto Rossa, CMF, who took up his mission in Macau after completing 27 years of service in the Philippines. Later that same year, in March, Fr. Ian, then a lay worker of the Claretian Publications, joined him in Macau, further strengthening the Claretian mission and laying the foundation for its continued presence in the territory.
