8th Macau International Festival and Competition!

The 8th CANTATA (Macau International Choir Festival and Competition) commenced this afternoon with an inauguration ceremony attended by founder Fr. Jijo, while six young participants from General Santos, Philippines are being hosted by our community for the event. This year's festival will unfold over Friday to Sunday at St. Augustine Church, St. Joseph Seminary Church, and St. Paul Auditorium featuring eight competing choirs including the prestigious UST Singers alongside other notable groups: the University of Makati Chorale, Serenata Singers, Gensan Youth Choir, and VMA Global College Chorale from the Philippines, complemented by Macau's Dolce Voce and Indonesia's award-winning Diponegoro University Choir, creating a remarkable showcase of regional choral excellence.
